UK Mainland

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3-7 business days.

If we are out of stock we will send you the item as soon as it becomes avalable, if it is no longer available we will contact you and offer an alternative or a new approximate delivery date.

We aim to despatch all orders which do not include embroidery within 7 working days, even if we are out of stock and with embroidery within 14 working days, except during holidays and bank holidays. Delivery Details

International orders - We do not currently supply overseas, however, if you contact our sales dept., we will quote you for the products you require which will contain a delivery time.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Standard delivery
